Italian Cooking with Chef Frank from Enrico’s

 

Tuesday, January 31, 4:30-6:00pm
 
Enjoy and learn how to prepare a meal the whole family can enjoy. Students will learn to prepare Chicken Deanna complimented with a side salad. Chicken Deanna is a skinless chicken breast sautéed with fresh mushrooms and chives in a brandy sauce. Alongside is Enrico’s special salad including mixed field greens tossed with toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, red onion topped with cranberry balsamic vinaigrette. Chef Frank from Enrico’s will be demonstrating this classic dinner dish.  
 
Each week holds up to six students, so sign-up in advance to reserve your spot.
 
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for.  If you need to cancel, 48 hours notice is required so those on our waiting lists can be notified.
