Get Fit: Free Weights
Wednesday, February 29, 4:30-5:30pm
Using free weights, learn exercises that stimulate motion for sports-specific and real life activities. Free weights such as dumbbells and medicine balls are better training for sports and for everyday life – allowing for more specificity of training instead of exercise machines. This program will be beneficial for students at all levels of fitness.
Please dress appropriately: athletic shoes and workout clothing (no short shorts or half shirts, classes are co-ed).
Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. If you need to cancel, 48 hours notice is required so those on our waiting lists can be notified.
