The Bridge Teen Center believes in a holistic approach to helping students develop and maintain a healthy mind and body. What students do with their bodies affects them long-term, so we teach students about nutrition, fitness, emotional management, etc. to be able to live the best life possible now and later. We walk alongside students to help them increase their self-image and provide outlets for stress. We teach students practical living skills to be able to make healthy choices within the context of their life and environment.
For example:
- Physical Fitness programs targeted at teenagers
- Self-Defense Programs
- Running Clubs
- Culinary Arts Programs
- Healthy Eating Seminars
- Stress Reduction Programs
- Behavioral and Emotional Management Support
- Divorce and Grief Care
- Horticultural Programs
For the safety and well-being of The Bridge Teen Center family, every student needs a student membership application on file. Click HERE for an application.
