Cardio Jam

Tuesdays, May 1 thru May 22, 4:30-5:30pm

Get outside and enjoy the fresh air with cardio jam involving a variety of outdoor activities. Incorporating exercise in small ways can help us feel good and stay healthy. Students will engage in kick ball, obstacle courses and many other outdoor games fit for every fitness level. Come join Jim Hughes and discover fun ways to a happier, healthier you. Please dress appropriately: athletic shoes and workout clothing (no short shorts or half shirts, classes are co-ed).

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. If you need to cancel, 48 hours notice is required so those on our waiting lists can be notified. …More

The Bridge Teen Center believes in the potential and future of our young people, so we want to reinforce what our school systems are doing by providing extra support and encouragement through tutoring and special study nights. We also work on developing character, time-management and leadership skills through creative and professionally taught programs. We guide students into becoming increasingly more future-focused through college and career preparation programs, career counseling, and educational planning. We provide practical, age-appropriate job-readiness training for students to discover how to navigate the job process.
